The County Community Projects (CCP) exists to improve the lives of children, young people, families and vulnerable adults with complex needs and offers a range of community based services.

They operate from 6 separate locations around Cheltenham and a new Avaya based VOIP Telephone System recently installed by Charlton Networks is proving to be a real winner in improving the communications between sites, allowing staff to move between sites and login at any phone, use reception and answering services more flexibly and save on inter-office calls.

The system is also highly flexible, easily reconfigured and expanded to meet current and future business needs.
