All our contract clients review a monthly report, detailing the state of their system and monitoring key performance indicators of their systems. We have been piloting a new automated system that will provide real-time statistics collection, enabling our clients to view this at anytime.
We will also still perform the monthly review, posting the results alongside the monthly statistics
