The systems we deploy from Symantec, Veeam and VMware enable easy restore of both physical and virtual machines, applications, databases and file/folders. Single or multiple servers can be supported and 'bare-metal' (dissimilar alternative hardware) can be used in a disaster recovery scenario. Best of breed systems also provide data deduplication, helping to minimise the volume of backup data.
Our internal Helpdesk team take on the daily management of such systems, checking backup status every morning, setting up backups, managing backup policies and performing data recovery. Our project engineers can assist with on-site disaster recoveries, and convert backups to virtual machines for instant disaster recovery.
