IT Assist
Charlton Networks IT Assist Support service provides additional cover and expertise to assist an existing IT Department. This ‘mini’ contract provides a flexible solution for additional 1st and 2nd line support and the ability to quickly secure additional IT staff resource for emergencies or important projects as required. The essential features include;
- Unlimited telephone access to 2nd line support for in-depth issues
- 1 day on-site per month, with additional days if required
- Site visits cover review documentation / assist with support / implement minor works, design advice
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) for phone & on-site response
- An agreed call-off rate for additional technician or engineer days
- An option for site wide remote network monitoring
- A periodic quarterly client review · All calls logged and managed via our helpdesk, with all updates via email
This IT support service covers all aspects of your IT infrastructure from PC / desktop, network, server and telephony and is available to clients anywhere in the UK, primarily in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, West Midalnds, Bristol and the South West of England.
