Charlton Networks provide a range of Inbound Call Routing solutions aimed at small business, ticketing systems and one-off event management, allowing fully featured telephone system functions to operate through non geographic numbers, such as 0845.

Time of Day routing allows you yo change the routing of your number instantly, 24 hours a day, without the need to contact us. You can automate, so that calls go to your office during the day and to a mobile over the weekend for example. Cost £4.95 per month.

Divert on Busy, where callers are simply re-routed to an alternative number should you be unavailable on the main number. This maybe useful if a group of home workers are dealing with service or sales issue on one 0845 number. Cost £4.95 per month.

Call Recording, where all calls are recorded and stored for 48 hours, allowing you to retrieve problem calls and save recordings to your computer. Cost £4.95 per month.

ACD - Automated Call Distribution, where you are offered a number of options, which can be routed and controlled as you require. Such as, 'press 1 for sales' and redirecting to a specific landline or mobile phone destination, with calls outside working hours going to voicemail. Cost £9.95 per month
