Avon Metals manufacture aluminium master alloys, grain refiners, modifiers and casting alloys to all major international standards and to individual customers' in-house specifications. Avon Metals Ltd are a BS1490, ISO9002 and Rolls-Royce approved company. These standards not only ensure control of the final product, but also the quality of raw materials used, laboratory standards, packing, final inspection and shipping documentation. Statistical Process Controls and Failure Mode Analysis are applied to alloy manufacture when requested by the Customer.
