Charlton Networks Total Care contract provides a fixed fee IT support contract, covering all hardware, software, configuration and on-going support. The contract has built-in routine for weekly or monthly site visits and unlimited access to our remote support and helpdesk services.

We make sure you always speak with an engineer and because we rotate our technical staff, you will be speaking to engineers who know your system and with whom you can build a strong rapport.

The weekly or monthly visit is not only used for support, but is an effective way to install, add or upgrade IT infrastructure to your system, within a known on-going monthly budget. This contract is ideal for larger clients where there is significant change or where a program of works is known. Key features include;
  • 2hr telephone response by Microsoft certified engineers
  • Next Business Day on-site emergency response
  • Loan PCs & other hardware available upon failure
  • Monthly remote check-up by our engineers
  • On-line statistics collected daily, weekly and monthly
  • Remote client access login to our helpdesk
  • Unlimited phone access to Helpdesk engineers
  • A periodic client review (generally bi-monthly)
  • Email updates for every helpdesk call when updated or closed
  • A number of days each week or month on-site
