Lilian Faithfull Care are a not-for-profit charity providing exceptional care for the elderly. At the heart of their service is a mission “to improve the lives of others through care and dedication.”
As well as providing day and respite care, they also provide nursing care for people with a wide range of conditions and have an expert knowledge of dementia, and end-of-life care.
Running since 1946, today they look after 1000s of people in need of full-time or day care, offering a nurturing, dignified, home-from-home service.
What IT Support We Provide
Lilian Faithfull Care is a huge organisation. With 11 homes and over 150 users, the require an IT Support Provider that can adequately manage their IT, provide extensive support and provide a seamless multi-location IT infrastructure.
Proactive IT Support
For each of it's 11 locations and more than 150 users, we provide managed IT support . We proactively monitor their network to provide essential remote and in-house support for all of their hardware, systems, network and infrastructure.

Providing hosted servers allows all of their users access to files virtually, which is vital when working across multiple locations. It also ensures that we can gain virtual access to their entire network to offer round the clock support.

Using Microsoft 365 for Business allows Lilian Faithfull Care to work efficiently, in and out of the office. They benefit from using business apps including outlook, Sharepoint, and Office, all of which are fully support by Charlton Networks.
